YOUR DATA

Privacy

Browsing the website

The website has no advertising or audience analytics tools and stores no tracking cookies. The hosting provider may retain technical logs containing IP addresses to keep the service secure. The operator must specify their retention period after hosting is configured.

We store only your preferred language in an essential cookie, without advertising tracking.

Your memories in pictures

The logbook form collects your memory’s title, optional first name, email address, photo or video, and publication consent. Your email is used only to confirm your submission and is never shown publicly. Files stay private: confirm your address using a link valid for 24 hours, then our team must approve publication. Unconfirmed submissions are deleted during cleanup on subsequent uploads. A hash of your IP address limits submissions over one hour. To request an image’s removal, contact the venue on +33 6 73 53 06 41 and identify the memory and your connection to it.

Map and external links

Google Maps stays disabled until you choose to show the map. Loading it sends technical data, including your IP address, to Google. Instagram, Canva and directions links open external services governed by their own privacy policies.

Restaurant admin

Only administrators have accounts. Their email address and a secure password hash are stored. An essential cookie protects their session for up to twelve hours and is deleted at sign-out. The history keeps the last thirty actions. Failed sign-in attempts are limited over fifteen minutes.

Contact and rights

For any request about your data, contact the venue on +33 6 73 53 06 41. The data controller’s contact details must be confirmed before public launch.
